This video discusses how to resolve RTS send/communication errors coming from the RightFax DocTransport Module service when using the RightFax Connect method for sending faxes.
With a RightFax server configured to use the RightFax Connect service, you may see the following error: RTS Send: Error Communicating with RightFax Connect. Processing for JobSubmitRequest requests is temporarily unavailable due to service congestion.
This issue usually results from one of these two issues:
If this is a new RightFax environment which never had this previously working, then most likely the current RightFax updates have not been installed.

If this has been a stable RightFax environment where sending faxes via RightFax Connect was previously working, then it is likely an internal issue with OpenText.
