This video We will review the new Reports function in Enterprise Fax Manager included with RightFax 10.6FP3 and later.
In previous versions of RightFax in order to access the reports functionality, you had to perform a separate installation of the RightFax Administrative Utilities. Beginning with RightFax 10.6 Feature Pack 3, this feature is now included in the base software.
From Enterprise Fax Manager in the left-hand tree view pane, select the Reports option.
Go to the File Menu in the right pane, and select Open Report.
You are now presented with a list of built in reports to choose from. At the time this video was produced, the software contains 48 individual reports that give you a wide variety of useful data sets for reporting.
Selecting a report gives you the specific parameters you can configure for that specialized report.
In addition to all of the reports available previously with the RightFax Administrative Utilities, a new report has been added in this version "Server Inbound and Outbound Usage" that gives you the total number of inbound and outbound pages.
Reports can be exported in a variety of formats including: Crystal Reports, PDF and Excel. Reports can be printed directly from the interface and the tool also includes a search feature so you can locate exactly what you are looking for easily in your reports.
