For customized environments, you may have cover sheets numbering in the tens if not hundreds. This process is exclusive to Rightfax 10.6.
Open Enterprise Fax Manager (EFM).
Log into the server in question.
Select the coversheet field on the left and log into EFM as an administrator.
View the current coversheet listings, and we've highlighted the coversheet tab.
Select UTILITY from the top-toolbar.
Select Import Cover sheets and the "Select Cover Sheet File(s)" window should come up.
Highlight the cover sheets you would like to import--It does not matter where they are located, as long as they are together in the same location.
Once highlighted, select OK and a window comes up indicating how many cover sheets were imported. Duplicate names will be skipped and will not be imported.
The newly imported cover sheets will now be listed in the Cover Sheets field in Enterprise Fax Manager. you can change the ID, File Name and Descriptions to suit your needs.
Last, remember if you wish to update cover sheets, you need to remove them and then re-add them. They will not auto-update should changes be made.
