This video will show you a method to specify a cover sheet for a production FCL fax submission to the Integration Module in RightFax.

There are various methods to specifying cover sheets for FCL fax submissons in the RightFax Integration Module and a quick review of the logic for this functionality can be confusing to say the least.

To specify a cover sheet based on the RightFax account that will be sending the fax (which can be specified using other FCL code). First make sure that the desired cover sheet is specified for the user account and then use the cover rfdefault FCL code following the FCL format, codes are submitted inside curly brackets {{cover rfdefault}}.

In this way, you can add new send jobs from your FCL source and choose different user accounts for each and this will allow you to use specific cover sheets as well as make changes to cover sheets by changing the cover sheet in RightFax versus potentially more complex methods.

Let's just walk through an FCL submision and change the cover sheet for the sender so you can see the process in action.

As we discussed earlier, there are numerous methods to specify a cover sheet via FCL including an FCL code to specify an exact cover sheet in the FCL itself, however this method does allow for using a single FCL command for all submissions, which in many cases normalizes the code process and allows for new sending groups or departments to come online for faxing efficiently.
