This video shows you where in the RightFax user configuration in Enterprise Fax Manager to associate an email address with the user account.

There are 3 places in the RightFax user configuration where you need to configure the email address associated with that user.

First, in the identification tab under the email address this ensures that:
The user will be able to send documents to email as well as fax addresses.

Also, when email gateways are used, RightFax can determine the correct RightFax user as the sender.
This includes the Diem Mail-To-Fax integration along with Outlook and Lotus Notes.

Next, in the notification tab under Notification/address when you have a mail notification method selected
So that notifications can be sent to the correct user's email box.

Last, in the inbound routing tab under Routing Info: when you have a mail routing method selected
If you route faxes to an email mailbox, you must enter the email address here.

Having these 3 areas configured correctly will ensure the operation of whatever email integraton you choose with RightFax will work as expected.
