This video shows you the process of exporting a list of RightFax Enterprise Fax Manager users from SQL into Excel. This allows you to for example, get the list of users route code or listing of user email addresses, and export the details of users using MS Excel instead of needing to use a SQL Management Studio.
On Rightfax Server, open MS Excel, Go to the DATA Tab
Select From Other Sources > From SQL Server
Fill in SQL server name and RightFax database name. If your are logged-in as RightFax Service Account, you can select Windows Authentication. Alternatively, select "Use the following User Name and Password" and use the RightFax Service Account credential or use an account that has full access in RightFax database.
On “Select the Database that contains the data you want:” Choose the Database Name of RightFax
On the list, look for USERS and select. Then click Finish
Once you select the finish there might be an Import Data Window that will show, just click okay here.
Result will show the table of dbo.User from SQL Database that contains the details of all users.
And that's it.
