This video will explain how you can sometimes see an "information incomplete" status in RightFax FaxUtil when trying to send a fax, and how to resolve this.
This issue occurs because the required fields are not completed in new fax dialogue.
The required information are any and all bold fields in the new fax dialogue.
To change which fields are required: in Enterprise Fax Manager > Utility> Custom Cover Sheet Fields> Customize Cover Sheet Information.
Verify that only the fields you need are selected.
The defaults are "To Name" and "To Fax Number"
Additional fields require user attention and may cause your faxes to not transmit. For instance, if you select "Gen Voice Number" and "Gen Fax Number" faxes do not send if the user does not specify both of these fields in the new fax dialogue on the fourth tab "More Options".
This may require additional user instruction if these are required for your business needs.
To resolve this issue, confirm that only the fields you require are specified and are not being left blank by users.
