RFINLUSER is an internal account in RightFax used for internal processes of fax items that need to happen programmatically "under the hood" but still require a RightFax user account to process as expected. The account is typically hidden from users and administrators but there are ways to manipulate it.

In RightFax, when the RFINLUSER account is deleted (via SQL Query for example) it can cause several high impact issues such as:

* Prevent the Server Module from starting
* Prevent the creation of database entries such as Workrequests

The following errors are seen in the RightFax event log from the Database Module of an Application Server:

Error Message:

LoadObj:'UserID = 'RFINLUSER'' from Users ret=2
FDBL:Failed login by user ''

PH:Command: GETREQUEST was denied access due to authentication error.

The easiest resolution to this issue is to Copy the RFINLUSER account from an existing RightFax environment.
