In this video we will discuss the new Sign and Fax feature introduced in RightFax 10.6 FP2
This feature can be used with any of the web client applications.
Users can use a mobile device, tablet or web browser access for the RightFax Web Client to sign a document.
This allows for users to be able to sign a fax without having to print out a document, sign it by hand and then scan it back into RightFax. You can annotate the inbound fax using the mouse, and then forward it along to new recipients.
On mobile and tablet devices, users can use finger swipe to sign a document, save as new fax, and then send the fax right from the device.
On the desktop web browser, users use their mouse to add a signature to any document, save as a new fax and send the fax from their desktop.
Let's take a look.
This annotation is an additional signature feature and does not relate directly to the signatures feature in FaxUtil or signature embedded codes nor is it considered a "digital signature".
